For all shipping options, you will be shown the price in the shipping section of the checkout. But the below can be used as a general guide for standard shipping. For express shipping, details can be found here.
Metro orders:
For our metro pet parents, we've got free standard delivery on orders $49 and over.
Orders under $49? If you live in Vic, NSW, ACT, QLD or SA there is just a small $6.95 fee. If you’re located elsewhere in Australia the fee is $7.95.
Metro delivery areas are defined by Australia Post and their serviceable zones. You can see these in detail here.
Regional orders:
For Regional pet parents (those not covered in metro service areas), orders under 2kg are charged at a flat fee of $7.95. For orders over 2kg, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your haul of pet goodies.
If you want to double-check if you are in a metro area or not, place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout and enter the postcode or suburb of your delivery address and follow the prompts. Our nifty shipping cost calculator will display the total cost for delivery to your chosen postcode.
