What happens if my payment fails for my next Repeat Delivery?Updated 22 days ago
If your payment fails, we will automatically re-try your card after 24 hours and up to a total of 5 times over 15 days. If we are unable to process your payment after 5 attempts your order will be skipped and the next order in your schedule will resume as normal.
If you have rectified the payment issue and would like your order to be sent right away, you can navigate to My Account> My Repeat Delivery> Send Now.
